Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

Payments for Structura Planner Pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ('Paddle'), who acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all subscriptions. Your purchase agreement for payment is with Paddle, not with Structura Planner directly.

As the Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting taxes, handling payment disputes, and processing refund requests. When you purchase a Pro subscription, you are transacting with Paddle under their terms of service and buyer policies.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date or, for recurring subscriptions, within 14 days of each renewal date. This aligns with Paddle's buyer terms and the EU Consumer Rights Directive cooling-off period.

Requests received outside this 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund under standard policy. Exceptions may be considered at Paddle's sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances.

Digital Service Access

Structura Planner is a digital service that becomes accessible immediately upon purchase. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, by proceeding with your purchase and accessing the service, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the immediate performance of the service and understand that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

This acknowledgement is displayed during the Paddle checkout process and forms part of your purchase agreement with Paddle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you have two options:

1. Contact Paddle directly via their buyer support portal. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all payment refunds. You can reach Paddle buyer support through the receipt email you received at purchase, or via the Paddle help centre.

2. Email hello@structuraplanner.com with your request. We will forward your refund request to Paddle on your behalf and follow up with you.

Please include your order reference number or the email address used at purchase in any refund request to ensure prompt handling.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancellations stop future automatic billing. If you cancel your Pro subscription:

- No refund is issued for the current billing period already paid. - You retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. - Your account automatically reverts to the Free Tier once the period ends.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your account at /billing.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be denied in the following circumstances:

- The request is submitted after the 14-day refund window has closed. - Evidence of abuse, such as requesting a refund while continuing to benefit from the service through another account. - Fraudulent activity, including disputed charges that are found to be invalid upon investigation by Paddle.

Determinations regarding abuse or fraud are made by Paddle in their capacity as Merchant of Record, in accordance with their buyer terms and payment processing policies.
